FREE Online Restorative Healing Circles 2024

If you are feeling overwhelmed and unbalanced, experiencing grief or sadness, having trouble relaxing or sleeping, a Restorative Healing Circle can help! These Circles are held monthly and last between 30 and 40 minutes.

As an experienced Energy Light Worker, I am honoured to share these Circles with you.   No experience is needed.

I’ll gently guide you to a grounded, relaxed place and then offer up a group healing - your job is to simply relax.  Participants feel connected, calmer and are able to think more clearly.  Give yourself a gift of better physical, mental and emotional balance!

All sessions are held at 730 pm - Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada Time.
Please note in the fall/winter we are on MT and in the spring/summer we are on PT.

Video 3 gives you a way to reduce stress and anxiety, easily. When we are anxious or afraid, we stop thinking and can only react. This technique brings more blood flow to the frontal cortex - the thinking brain - and changes our reaction to the trauma or stress. Rate your anxiety on a scale of 1 to 10 beforehand, do this technique for at least 3 minutes in a quiet place, and then rate your anxiety on a scale of 1 to 10 after. Most of the time the anxiety or worry is less. However, you may need to do this technique a few times as different aspects of the same event or trauma or worry can come up.

Video: Sharper Focus / Learn Better / Move More Easily

The neurological and electrical connections in our brain may not be working as well as they could - meaning that the messages between your brain and your muscles may be a bit mixed up. This can happen when stressors (emotional, mental, physical, injury or disease related and even nutritional) can cause our system to become overloaded, interfering with those messages. Then we become uncoordinated, fuzzy in our thinking, moody, may have learning issues, poor concentration and much more. Here is a set of quick exercises you can do for yourself that will help re-integrate all parts of your brain so those messages can flow better. Meaning you become better coordinated, have sharper focus and feel better physically and emotionally.
